Starting from his professional and unprofessional personal experiences, Ms. Giulia Zulin, Key Account Manager and member of PMO in Verona Lamiere S.P.A., tells us in this exclusive video interview, all the stages in creating the project management office (PMO) in her company. Ms. Zulin explains how involving the sales department has proved to be an excellent decision, much appreciated by customers, who are increasingly interested in understanding how the internal process of managing samples and orders and how the business planning of their suppliers takes place, in order to ensure accuracy and punctuality of deliveries. Creating the PMO (the Project Management Office) from three people already working in Verona Lamiere and responsible for three key areas of the company, namely sales, technical office and quality control, was then the second step in the right direction to achieve the best possible results. The choice of the right software to manage the projects was also another important step, a choice that led to the inclusion of Vtiger which, with the support of the developer Mr. Mazzuccato, was then completely customised in form and content, right down to the name (VLFOX in Verona Lamiere).
