The UN Global Compact encourages businesses around the world to create an economic, social and environmental framework to promote a healthy and sustainable global economy that ensures that everyone has the opportunity to share in its benefits.
To this end, the UN Global Compact requires participating companies and organizations to share, support and enforce within their sphere of influence a set of core principles, relating to human rights, labor standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption.
All companies properly incorporated and belonging to any industry sector can join the UN Global Compact.
